Have you ever wondered why God request our praise, our worship, and our devotion to Him? It’s not like He needs our praise and worship to sustain life. God will still be God with or without our praise.

So why does He request our praise and worship?

God desires our praise, worship, and devotion for our benefit.

When we praise God for being our Healer, Provider, and Savior, we’re showing God we understand where our help originated. When we praised God for the things He’s done, He can bless us again so that we may praise Him yet again. (A cycle)

When worshipping God, we acknowledge God for who He is. When we acknowledge God for Who He is, this strengthens our faith to believe He can do great things in our lives. All the great and mighty things God wants to do in our lives will ONLY be given to those with faith (Galatians 3:14).

When we totally devote ourselves to God, we position ourselves to receive all of God’s promises. (Obedience = Blessings….Isaiah 1:19)

At the end of the day our praise, worship, and devotion is not for God’s ego but, it’s a way to further enhance the quality of our lives.

Be Blessed!
