Psalm 30:5 For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime! Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning.
The word “morning” in this verse does not necessarily signify the “AM.” The morning signifies enlightenment or an awakening.
What are we enlightened or awakened to?
We’re enlightened to the fact that even though our situation may appear bad, God still has all power to change our situation.
We’re enlightened to the fact that even though our bodies feel pain, by the stripes of Jesus we are healed.
We are enlightened to the fact that even though bills are due, God is our provider.
When we have a deep revelation and realize God is our source, God is our strength, God is our provider, God is our everything, we receive joy.
Don’t be dismayed. Wake up and know who your God is.
