Psalm 34:9 O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him.
Fear- reverential awe, especially toward God: the fear of God.
The answer to all our needs and desires starts with our respect towards God. When we respect, honor, or esteem highly God and His ways; God promises us “no want.”
Fearing or honoring God means to do things His way such as, forgive those who have done us wrong, controlling our temper, showing the love of God to ALL, and anything else He tells us to do through His word or His Spirit.
What wise parent on earth would freely give to a child who disrespects them or their rules? God is our Heavenly Father and just like an earthly parent He WILL NOT fully reward those who treat Him or His word with disrespect.
This is another guaranteed promise from God but, we must first do our part.
