Every promise in the Bible (healing, deliverance, needs, or desires) are promised by God. There may be certain prerequisites we must do to obtain these promises but, these promises belong to us and God can’t lie (Numbers 23:19). All of God’s promises are received by faith and faith doesn’t involve feelings (Romans 4:16). No matter how we feel, the promise remains the same.

We may not feel worthy enough to receive God’s forgiveness but, His word says if we confess our sins, He forgives us (1 John 1:9).
We may not feel healed but, His word says by His stripes we are healed (1 Peter 2:24).
We may not feel delivered but, His word says the Lord delivers the righteous (Psalm 34:19).

The feelings we have don’t matter because feelings change. The only thing that never changes is God’s word and God’s word is the only thing we should rely on.
