Deuteronomy 31:8 The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”

God’s presence is not limited by our emotions.  Sometimes we say we ‘feel’ God in the place, or we “feel” the Holy Spirit.  But, if we only had access to God or the Holy Spirit when we ‘feel’ them, our lives would be in lack. 

Praise God that He is with us always, whether we are pleasing Him or not, whether we feel alone or not; He’s there.  And praise God that we always have access to His Holy Spirit which leads us and guides us regardless of whether ‘we catch a feeling’ or not.

John 14:6 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever;
