Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Faith is like a muscle. If a muscle is not strengthened, the muscle will usually fail in the time of a test. The way we build our faith is through opportunity. We have the opportunity to use our faith for any and everything.
Most people know to use their faith to obtain a car, a job, a house, healing, and deliverance. But, did you know our faith can be strengthened when we release it for “minor” things as well? Release your faith for a great parking spot in a crowded parking lot. Release your faith for stress free travel conditions. Release your faith for green grass during a hot summer. Even in the minor things, God is still pleased when we use our faith (Hebrews 11:6).

When we use our faith for everything, we’re conditioning our mind to rely on and respond with God’s Word in every circumstance regardless of how the situation appears. That way, when our faith is truly tested, our faith won’t fail like an unused muscle.
