Psalm 18:30 As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the LORD is flawless. He is a shield for all who take refuge in him.

God’s Word has been tested. It’s stronger than any two-edged sword. The Word of God is undefeated; proven to stand the test of time. The Word of God is effective and affective. Since the Word of God has already been tested, the only thing that is left for us to do is trust it.

The Word of God will work for anyone who works it. If God’s Word is not manifesting in our lives, it’s usually because of human error.  The main point of human error is unbelief. If we don’t completely believe the Word of God will work exactly how it says it will work, we won’t see the full manifestation of the promises of God. Thoughts of doubt and unbelief will enter our minds, but we shouldn’t allow them to rest in our heart.

 

Challenge for the Week: Think of the areas in your life where you settled with limited results or where doubt/unbelief is present. Remove the unbelief by making a conscious decision to take God’s Word at face value and believe it in its entirety.
