Luke 8:50 But when Jesus heard it, he answered him, saying, Fear not: only believe, and she shall be made whole.
“Only believe” implies that we can have belief and unbelief simultaneously (Creflo Dollar).
“Confessions get me to dispel my unbelief and hear from God, not get God to move” (Derrick Golden). Faith comes by hearing and confessions feed our faith belief system. We have faith in what we repeatedly hear. Choose to recite the word of God more than rehearsing the scenario (Bill Winston), and eliminate unbelief.
Romans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God
