Luke 16:10 “If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones. But if you are dishonest in little things, you won’t be honest with greater responsibilities.
Our faithfulness in little to gain much goes beyond material possessions. It also connects with the spirit world. As children of God, we are to be led by the Holy Spirit. When the Holy Spirit speaks, He is not always going to guide us in some major life defying task. The Holy Spirit may tell us to do something that seems insignificant or something we feel we can do ourselves. However, when we choose to obey the voice of the Spirit, even in the littlest things, we are displaying our faithfulness for greater missions.
The Holy Spirit is not going to have us lead nations, lay hands to heal the sick, or show us where our favor is, if we can’t be faithful in the little things like turn right or left. Let’s be faithful in the little things the Holy Spirit tells us to do so that we can we receive greater missions to advance the Kingdom of God.
