Prior to the revelation of the magnitude of things God can do through us according to our faith level, the writer of Ephesians, Paul, establishes the depth of God’s love for us. And since God is love (1 John 4:8), the writer wants us rooted and established in Love. When we process the depth of God’s love for us, we position ourselves to execute higher levels of faith allowing God to reach more people through us.
Ephesians 3:16-21 I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.

Roman 5:8 while yet we are still sinner God die on the cross for us.
This is just how much love God have for us. He die for our sins and he forgive us over & over for all of our sins. & yes he still love us. And he love us so much that & he still give us a chance to still believe in him. We are the one who beat ourselves up because we give up on our self. It is not God it is us that we don’t have faith in ourself. We have to believe in God & not in man. Trust God while we let ourself down. God said have faith as small as a mustard seed.
