Acts 3:6 Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. 7 And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.8 And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.

Most people, including myself, praise God for the obvious miracle. This man was lame from birth and the power of God, through Jesus Christ, healed this man’s bones to walk. However, there was a second miracle that many don’t think about.

Who taught this man to walk? If you know anyone who has lost the function of their legs for a considerable amount of time, you would know it takes days, months, and even years to learn to walk correctly again. With this man, God not only healed his legs but, instantly He taught the man to stand, walk, and leap.

This is true for us today. God not only blesses us externally, but He provides the wisdom for us to use this blessing internally. Receive the two-fold blessing God desires for His people.
