When we constantly discuss the trials and troubles we face we…
1. Focus on the problem instead of The Solution.
2. Extend the lifetime of the problem because death and life is in our tongue.
3. Extend our recovery time after the trial.
As we face trials and tribulations in this lifetime, be mindful not to rehearse the issue(s) in our head and in our speech. Rehearsal doesn’t help us, it hurts us. Cast your cares, concerns, and issues on the Lord and leave them there.
Psalms 55:22 Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.
