Jesus waited patiently for the right timing to fulfill the purpose that God called Him to. There are times when we are in the waiting stage. It may be that we feel that there’s more for us, but we just don’t know what it is yet. Or, it may be that that we know the calling, but we don’t yet know how or when it will manifest. Jesus is our example.

Jesus probably knew He had a great call on His life, and yet He waited for God’s timing to begin His ministry. We can be used in childhood, as adolescents, in our twenties, and beyond, and yet Jesus waited for years, until He was around 30, because He submitted Himself to God’s will. So, we should not lose hope on what God has designated for us, but continue prioritizing God as we submit to His infinite knowledge, impeccable timing, and perfect will.
