He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake. (Psalms 23:3 NKJV)
God understood that we could not be righteous in our own efforts, therefore, He had to lead us down the pathway to righteousness. That pathway eventually leads to Jesus Christ. When Jesus died and returned from the grave, He made us as righteous as we’re going to be.
Because we are righteous, we are exempt from death, we are no longer sin conscience, and we can boldly come to the Father at any time.
Praise God for His righteousness because His righteousness last forever.
