The old saints and the traditionalist would tell us we have to bow our head and bend our knees when we pray. The truth is the Bible doesn’t provide a correct prayer posture. It just tells us to pray. We could be standing, kneeling, lying in our bed, or walking around. The most important thing is to continually pray to our Heavenly Father.
Luke 18:1 And he spoke a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;
