John 11:42 And I knew that you hear me always: but because of the people who stand by I said it, that they may believe that you have sent me.

Every so often when we pray, we need to stop and say, “I know You hear me always.” This allows our spirit and soul to have an assurance that God hears our prayers.

As we pray, the enemy will throw darts of doubt into our mind; making us think our prayers are not being heard or answered. This a lie. By acknowledging that our prayers are heard, we combat the darts of doubt with the power of the tongue and the shield of faith (Proverbs 18:21; Ephesians 6:16).

Whether it’s a twenty second prayer or a two hour prayer, thank God that our prayers are heard.
