I Peter‬ ‭3‬:‭10-11‬ For “He who would love life And see good days, Let him refrain his tongue from evil, And his lips from speaking deceit. Let him turn away from evil and do good; Let him seek peace and pursue it.

The prosperous good life is not up to chance, education, or even God. The good life depends on our actions. If we choose to submit ourselves to God, refrain from evil, and do good, we are promised to see good days.

On the surface, it’s just that simple. Unfortunately, situations in life will tempt us to go towards evil and drama but, it’s up to us to remain disciplined and focused on God.

Do good, seek and pursue peace, and experience the good life.
