Isaiah 63:7 I will tell of the kindnesses of the LORD, the deeds for which he is to be praised, according to all the LORD has done for us– yes, the many good things he has done for Israel, according to his compassion and many kindnesses.

This is the time of year where our focus should be on our thankfulness to God and all He has done for us. Instead, the world attempts to make us focus on how much we’re going to eat and the great sale prices at the stores. It’s like the world’s focus is on obtaining more instead of reflecting, and being thankful for what they have.

When we reflect on the goodness of the Lord, it allows us to have a better appreciation for Him and ALL He has done in our lives. Reflection humbles us and makes us realize we would not be where we are today if it were not for God. Most importantly, reflection inspires us to tell someone about Jesus Christ and all the wonderful benefits of salvation.

Inspire the world to reflect on the goodness of the Lord and encourage them to be thankful for all He has done.
