Psalm 139:14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
You’re too fat. Your teeth aren’t straight. You have nappy hair. Your nose is too big. You’re too short. Those are all lies sent to discourage us and minimize God’s creation.
It doesn’t matter what other people think or say. We are fearfully and wonderfully made by our Creator. If they don’t like how we look, they’re speaking negatively on God’s creation. On a psychological level, people who degrade another person don’t like something in themselves.
Every freckle, your skin tone, and even that weird thing on your body was a creation from God. Love yourself because Love created you and He loves His creation.
