Psalms 141:3 AMP Set a guard, O Lord, over my mouth; Keep watch over the door of my lips [to keep me from speaking thoughtlessly].
What we say will determine where we’re going. If we speak negatively, in doubt, and with fear, that’s exactly what we’ll experience. However, if we speak in line with the word of God, we’ll have everything God has made available through Jesus Christ. This includes, health, wealth, peace, restoration, relationships, and more. But it first starts with our words.
As always, God is our Helper (Ps. 121:2). He will help us with anything He instructs us to do including, being mindful of our words. If we ask for help and follow His advice, we’ll find ourselves speaking in line with His word regardless of the situation.
If you know or have been told about your negative mouth, go to God and ask for help. He will help you speak His word and what we say, will come to pass (Mark 11:23).
