Psalms 8:4-6 NLT what are mere mortals that you should think about them, human beings that you should care for them? Yet you made them only a little lower than God and crowned them with glory and honor. You gave them charge of everything you made, putting all things under their authority—

“I’m only human.” This is spoken by a person who doesn’t know their authority. 

God, Himself, made us a little lower than Him. Not, a little lower than angels as some translations say. A little lower than Him.

We have authority over everything. This includes, but is not limited to, authority over sickness, pain, drug habits, mindsets, the weather, lack, and time.

To operate in this authority, we must have faith (Romans 4:16). We must sincerely believe that God gave us this authority, regardless of what it looks like or how we feel. Once we believe, we act on our belief by consistently confessing what we believe (2 Corinthians 4:13). 

Believe that God gave us this authority without limits and operate in this authority always.
