Psalms 63:4-5 NLT I will praise you as long as I live, lifting up my hands to you in prayer. You satisfy me more than the richest feast. I will praise you with songs of joy.
As long as we live, we should praise the Lord. We don’t praise Him when everything is going well. We praise Him all the time because there’s always a reason to give Him praise.
Sickness could be attacking our health, but we’re still alive, and that’s a reason to praise Him. We could have lost our jobs, but we still have food, water, and shelter. That’s a reason to praise Him. We could’ve lost a child, but we can thank God that our child is in heaven.
Our flesh may not want to praise God because of the circumstances, but there’s always a reason to praise the Lord.
