As we begin a new year seeking to live for God we should understand that will-power cannot overcome sin. We must consult the Holy Spirit, and be obedient. The more we obey the Spirit, the more clearly we hear Him and we have victory over sin.
John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man loves me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
