Matthew 9: 9And as Jesus passed forth from there, he saw a man, named Matthew, sitting at the receipt of custom: and he said unto him, Follow me. And he arose, and followed him.

Matthew obeyed without question, hesitation, or doubt. When he heard God’s direction, he responded immediately with obedience. God speaks to us through His Holy Spirit (John 16:13) and sometimes His people (Matthew 10:41). The next time we hear God, our response should not be how?, why me?, are you sure God?, just immediate obedience.
