Ephesians 6:5Slaves, obey your earthly masters with respect and fear, and with sincerity of heart, just as you would obey Christ. 6Obey them not only to win their favor when their eye is on you, but like slaves of Christ, doing the will of God from your heart.

As we work, we should work unto God and not man. We shouldn’t work to catch the eye or attention of our boss but, God. Even if our task is simple and minute, we should work unto the Lord. Even if no one is looking, we should know God Almighty is watching us and is grading us according to our faithfulness.

Remember, when we’re faithful over a few things we will be entrusted over much (Matt 25:21).
