1 Corinthians 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.
Okay, we stated the importance of reading the word of God and believing the word of God as absolute truth. By knowing this, we have to put some consistency with our efforts. Anyone can get excited about bettering their lives and start reading and believing for two weeks but, what about the long haul? The devil knows who will maintain this disciplined lifestyle and who won’t. We become a threat to the devil’s operation when we start knowing who we are in Christ, knowing God’s promises for us, and knowing the tricks of the enemy. We won’t ever get to this point without a great level of consistency.
So, the time when we don’t feel like reading and the next time we get distracted from the word of God is the main time we should read and believe. Because, we know these are poorly executed attempts of the enemy to get us off of God’s course.

AMEN. AND THANK YOU FOR THE WORD. I LEARNED YESTERDAY THAT THE AVERAGE CHRISTIAN READS THEIR BIBLE ABOUT 8 MINUTES A DAY. AND THE AVERAGE CHRISTIAN PRAYS ABOUT 3 MINUTES A DAY. THIS NOT ONLY CONVICTED ME BUT ENCOURAGED ME TO RAISE MY SPIRITUAL BAR OF MYSELF AND MY SON, TO SEEK THE WORD OF GOD AND STUDY HIS WORD NOW MORE THAN EVER!
