Isaiah 29:13 The Lord says: “These people come near to me with their mouth and honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. Their worship of me is made up only of rules taught by men.

Have you ever heard someone say you need to stop “playing church”? Most of the time that statement comes from a grandmother. Well, there is some truth to that statement.
People all across the world have the tendency to “play church.” They sing, shout, cry, rejoice, and even have the church lingo on Sundays. However, Monday through Saturday they act like the world; yell, curse, and party, party, party! As the scripture declares, God does not want our lip service. He wants our entire heart.
