The Spirit of God was given to govern and direct our lives. The Spirit of God is there to fill in the grey areas of our life. The Bible can be truly clear about certain things but, in other situations, it may seem a little grey. One of the main grey areas in our lives is within marriage. We all are different. We have different likes, dislikes, and personalities. The Spirit of God is there to instruct each of us on how to love our spouse.

Men, the Bible doesn’t say how many times a day we need to hug or compliment our wives but, the Spirit knows. The Spirit knows what is too much and what is not enough.
Women, the Bible doesn’t say how often you should compliment or encourage your husbands but, the Spirit knows. The Spirit knows the exact number of compliments for that specific day.

People of God, listen to the Spirit. Invite Him in your home, in your marriage, and in your family. Let Him guide you to authentic holy matrimony.
