James‬ ‭4‬:‭6‬ But He gives more grace. Therefore He says: “God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.”

In today’s world, we can double major, obtain our bachelor’s degree, get our master’s degree, and Ph.D. On top of our education, some of us have so much life experience until we can tell stories for days.

One thing we have to realize is no matter what we have in life, we need God. We can’t get to a place where we rely on our degree, experience, or networking skills in order to accomplish a goal. Every time a task is in front of us, we must rely on God.

God is looking for people who push everything they have aside and totally rely on Him. When we humble ourselves, and acknowledge and rely on God, His grace will abound in our lives. Doors will be open that we thought were shut forever and the favor of God will come from everywhere.

Let’s humble ourselves and receive the grace of God.
