Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble.
Trouble is inevitable. When trouble comes, God hasn’t left you. Like a tool, He’s waiting to be utilized by you to get you out of trouble. All we have to do is remember He’s around.
Instead of focusing on the problem and trying to figure it out in our own strength, we can go to God and request His assistance. He may have you listen to a sermon, spend time with Him, speak (by faith) to the problem, or rest in knowing He’s already handled it. He may also provide practical solutions such as, research, talking to someone, or eating better.
Don’t freak out. Remember, He’s there. Listen to Him, do what He says, and the problem will eventually be irrelevant.
