The World’s Sin
John 16:9 NLT The world’s sin is that it refuses to believe in Me.
The world’s sin is not hate, unforgiveness, lust, or pride. The world’s sin is it refuses to believe in Jesus. It refuses to believe that Jesus is the Son of God, who died on the cross for our sins, and was raised from the dead so that we can be made righteous.
The sin of the world is what’s sending people to hell. It’s not sex, greed, or hate. It’s the refusal to believe in a risen Savior.
To be made righteous, God’s not asking us to feed 10,000 people or stop enjoying ourselves. He simply asks us to believe.
So, be free from and encourage others to be free from the world’s sin by believing in our Lord and Savior Jesus.
