1 Peter 3:1-2 NLT In the same way, you wives must accept the authority of your husbands. Then, even if some refuse to obey the Good News, your godly lives will speak to them without any words. They will be won over by observing your pure and reverent lives.
Whether we know it or not, people are watching us. They’re watching how we carry ourselves, how we handle conflicts, and how we treat others.
What we do could motivate or divert someone from accepting Christ as Lord. If they see us lying, being disrespectful to our spouse, and acting like the world, what motivation do they have to repent and submit to God? However, if they see us respect people who have disrespected us, give to those in need, and work unto the Lord, they’ll see a difference in us and want to know our God.
People are watching. They may not enter a church or listen to a sermon online, but they’re looking for authentic believers who operate in love. Give them something good to observe.
