Psalms 14:2 NLT The Lord looks down from heaven on the entire human race; He looks to see if anyone is truly wise, if anyone seeks God.
Wisdom isn’t determined by age. It isn’t determined by how many books we’ve read or degrees we have. A wise person seeks the Lord.
Proverbs 3:6 says to acknowledge Him in all our ways. Proverbs 9:10 says the fear, or our reverence, of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.
Wise people understand they don’t know it all or have it altogether, so they seek God on what to do in every situation. Wise people realize there’s Someone smarter than them Who has their best interests at heart, so they follow His ways.
Don’t be stubborn and intentionally oppose God. Don’t be weak and let your flesh have its way. Be wise and seek the Lord by spending time in His word, spending time with Him in prayer, and being led by the Holy Spirit in all your ways. Let’s be wise and seek Him.
