In society, majority rules. This is not so in the Kingdom of God. God only needs one person to represent a group of people.
We can see this in the Old and New Testament. In Numbers 14:1-20 one man by the name of Moses intercedes on the behalf of a rebellious people. In Romans 8:34 one man by the name of Jesus Christ intercedes on the behalf of the entire Christian body.

The power of one still holds true today. God only needs one person that can make a difference in the lives of others. He only needs one employee to pray and intercede on the behalf of a struggling company who is thinking about laying people off. He only needs one family member to pray for a marriage that is on the rocks. He only needs one parent to pray for their children’s school from being overpopulated. All it takes is one.

Whatever situation you or someone else may be facing, be that one.
