Romans 12:2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is–his good, pleasing and perfect will.

A continuous renewing of the mind is probably the most important thing we can do as born-again believers. It’s the catapult for our transformation.

We can go from thinking the bible is just a book to believing the bible is the true Word of God. We can go from thinking there may be a God somewhere to knowing God is our loving Father. We can go from being in a state of anxiousness and depression to contentment and comfort.

Circumstances may not have changed, and we could still be in the middle of chaos, but by renewing our minds to the Word, we’ll have joy, hope, peace, and a positive perspective in the midst of trials.
