Proverbs 2:7 He stores up sound wisdom for the upright; He is a shield to those who walk uprightly;

A simple definition of wisdom is, knowing what to do when we don’t know what to do.

For believers who choose to submit themselves to God, we have an endless supply of wisdom available for us. We access this wisdom by faith. When we don’t know what to do, we take this scripture and say, “Father, I thank You for the wisdom You’ve stored up for me in this situation and now, I receive the wisdom for ___________ (fill in the blank).” We confess this daily until we know what to do. At the same time, we’re allowing the Spirit of God to lead us. The Spirit may lead us to read a book regarding the situation, talk to a specific person, or research the topic on YouTube.

Regardless if it’s in business, parenting, or a major decision, by faith, the wisdom of God is available for us.
