You shall not be partial in judgment. You shall hear the small and the great alike. You shall not be intimidated by anyone, for the judgment is God’s. And the case that is too hard for you, you shall bring to me, and I will hear it.’
Deuteronomy 1:17 ESV

Intimidation can potentially come from supervisors, parents, or spouses. Depending on their track record, these people can intimidate others just by stepping into a room.

We’ve been instructed to NOT be intimidated by anyone. Intimidation is another form of fear. As believers, we should fear no man.

At the end of the day, they’re just people. They may think they can hurt or stop us from being successful, but they’re deceived. If we’re really trusting in God and relying on His word, we’ll realize no one can hurt us or stop God’s promises from coming to pass in our lives.

So, don’t allow yourself to be intimidated by anyone. Remain confident by relying on Him.
