Luke 15:21-22 NKJV
If we return to God, after doing things we know were wrong, God doesn’t even acknowledge our wrongdoing. Because of the sacrifice of Jesus, He simply welcomes us back.
He’s not going to make us pay a penance and He doesn’t require us to read a list, out loud, of everything we’ve done wrong. He loves us, accepts us, and looks for ways to bless us.
Don’t let guilt hold you back from establishing a relationship with God or rededicating your life back to God. He’s waiting on you and there’s no guilt, shame, or condemnation to those in Christ (Romans 8:1).
