There are people out in this world who are going through a lot. It can be difficult at times to look beyond ourselves, but there are people who are really hurting.

There are people who are overcoming childhood trauma, people’s marriages are being torn apart, people facing health challenges with no end in sight, and people who have experienced an unexpected loss of a loved one. With everything that’s going on in the world, believers should be compassionate enough to pray for others.

We can pray for our friend’s peace and comfort. We can pray for our coworker’s family. As we drive, we can pray that for that homeless person’s mental health. If we don’t know what to pray for, we can always pray that a person has a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ.

Remember to think of others outside of ourselves. As we pray for each other, changes will take place.
