Proverbs 15:6 In the house of the righteous is much treasure: but in the revenues of the wicked is trouble.
The righteous, are people who are in right standing with God. We obtain right standing with God when we believe Jesus is Lord and Savior (Rom. 3:22). When we’re in right standing with God, there are all sorts of benefits. As we can see, one of the benefits is treasure in our household.
When we’re righteous, God causes continuous revenue to flow through our household. Business ideas, job stability, and gifts are all consistent with this treasure. We don’t have to work ourselves to death to obtain this treasure. It’s a part of the righteous package.
This treasure is not limited to finances. This treasure also includes a joyful marriage and saved children. The Bible says the offspring of the righteous are delivered and blessed (Prov. 11:21; Psalm 112:2). Proverbs 12:4 also says an excellent wife is her husband’s crown. Sounds like treasure to me.
If it doesn’t seem like treasure is in your household, place a demand on the Word, release your faith, tell the atmosphere in your household to line up with the Word of God, and watch treasure start pouring into your house.
