“For I will restore health to you And heal you of your wounds,’ says the Lord, ‘Because they called you an outcast saying: “This is Zion; No one seeks her.” ’”-Jeremiah 30:17 NKJV
From our health to our families, God is a restorer. It doesn’t matter what it is or how far gone it seems, He can restore it.
For Him to restore anything in our lives, He needs our cooperation. It’s not going to happen automatically. Our cooperation includes our belief that it can be restored, our confession that it can be restored, and our obedience that correspond to what we’re in faith for.
Belief – Based on His word, we must believe that God can restore our liver, our relationships with our children, and our finances. It’s not impossible. Without our belief, none of this will work.
Confession – Once we believe, confession of our belief must follow. 2 Corinthians 4:13 says, “we believe, therefore we speak.” Declare that we have more than enough. Declare our bodies are restored and healed.
Obedience – The Holy Spirit will instruct us to do things that will manifest restoration. We must be obedient to these instructions. If He tells us to invest in something, invest in it. If He tells us to stop eating something, stop eating it. If He tells us to apologize to someone, go apologize. Whatever He tells us to do, do it.
Restoration is possible. Just trust Him and do what He says.
