Genesis 41:15-16 NLT Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, “I had a dream last night, and no one here can tell me what it means. But I have heard that when you hear about a dream you can interpret it.” “It is beyond my power to do this,” Joseph replied. “But God can tell you what it means and set you at ease.

If we dream about a person or situation, we can ask God for the meaning of that dream. Some dreams may be random and without a meaning, but some are directly sent by God.

When we’re dreaming about a person, God could be encouraging us to forgive them, call them, pray for them, or all the above. If we dream about a situation, that’s more specific to that person. Through the dream, God could be communicating to to start something, end something, or prepare for something.

Whatever we dream about, be sure to get the interpretation from God. Don’t come up with your own meaning and don’t allow Satan to contaminate its meaning. Ask God in prayer, be patient with His answer, know that it’s Him speaking, and accept His response.
