Scenario:
There’s pain in our bodies and we desire a financial breakthrough. Mark 11:24 instructs us to believe that we’ve received these things and we shall have them. 2 Corinthians 4:13, says because we believe, we should speak. So, we believe and confess we’re healed according to 1 Peter 2:24 and we believe and confess the manifestation of our breakthrough. After a week, nothing changes in our bodies or finances.
Satan uses this lack of change to mess with our minds. Because we’re not seeing the results as quickly as want, he may have us thinking we’ve sinned, we don’t have enough faith, or we didn’t confess it properly. Ultimately, he wants to use this delay to get us into unbelief. He wants us to forfeit these promises or have us thinking it’s not God’s will for us to have these promises. The devil is a liar!!!
This situation is designed to test our faith (James 1:3). If we continue to believe, confess God’s word over our situation, and have patience, our faith gets stronger and things will eventually change.
Don’t let what’s not happening deceive you into thinking it will never happen. Whatever God’s word says will come to pass.
James 1:1-3 “Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.”
