Psalms 5:12 NKJV For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; With favor You will surround him as with a shield.

The favor of God is in and on our lives. We have favor with God and mankind (Prov. 3:4). The favor of God takes us into places that we’re unqualified to be. The favor of God supernaturally highlights our work performance. The favor of God causes increase, sustained health, and battles won we didn’t have to fight.

To the world’s logic, the favor of God seems like a coincidence or just luck. It’s not. It’s God supernaturally positioning us to be at the right place, at the right time, to be around the right people. When the company laid off 80% of the employees, we were in the 20% that kept our jobs. When we didn’t know if we were going to make the event on time, traffic opened up like the Red Sea. When most people who ate at the restaurant got sick, we didn’t. Out of everyone in the room, this good looking man or woman of God found us attractive.

Don’t settle for whatever life hands us. Start to expect and recognize the favor of God. Once His favor is identified, thank Him for it.
