Romans 1:9 NKJV For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of His Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers,

Some of our friends and family members have no one praying for them. They may not even be praying for themselves. 

That’s where we, believers in the Lord Jesus Christ who have a strong commitment to pray, come in. We can pray for their salvation, safety, deliverance, restoration, and so much more. We can pray for their families, their relationship with God becoming more intimate, and that they do more for the Kingdom of God.

Like Paul, pray for them without ceasing. Don’t stop praying for them. Don’t think your prayers are a waste of time because you’re not seeing a change in their lives. That’s carnal. Keep praying for them, and if God leads you, talk to them too.

It’s important to keep our friends and family in prayer. We may be the only consistent link to God that they have.
